Yes, however there are a few things you should be aware of. There are many reasons you may want to add or change locations, you are welcome to change these out anytime you wish. We recommend you keep each location in for at least 3 months before making this decision to allow enough time for the engineering teams to get them connected properly as well as enough time for data collection to happen.

Here are a few things to remember:

1. If you are getting zero results after 2-months, we will swap these out at no cost.
2. If you choose to add new locations, each new location requires a 3-month commitment from the month it was added. (this is directly from the data providers, not us)
3. If you would like to change your locations anytime after your initial 3-month commitment on your first set of locations, the first set will stop collecting at the end of the current month, and the new locations will carry a new 3-month commitment for each of those new locations.
4. If you remove your locations, they will stop collecting advertising ID’s the following month. However, you can continue to market to the advertising ID’s that were collected as long as you wish.
5. If you add additional locations to your list, the previous locations have their own timeline for the 3-month commitment, and the new ones have their separate 3-month commitment (each location is treated separately).

Yes you can, the banner ad creation is done by our team with optimal sizing and display but if you or your team want to create them you can upload them on our intake form. Here are the sizes.

1. Standard mobile units:

1. File size must be smaller than 80 KB
2. Only .png, .jpg, .gif, .mp4 (for video), and .zip for html animated ads
3. If using animation the movement just must stop within 30 seconds
